Paul Hourd is the EPSRC Centre’s Programme Manager, based at Loughborough University. Paul has a degree and a PhD in biochemistry. He has worked for much of his career in user-led product and process design and development within the in vitro diagnostics and cell-based therapeutic areas. His industrial experience includes six sigma black belt expertise applied to the improvement and validation of GMP-compliant manufacturing processes.
